Selected Every 15 minutes

That is all. YouTube app will remind you to take a break once you pass the time you have chosen. In this instance, I have selected "Every 15 minutes." So, YouTube app will remind me every 15 minutes to take a break from watching videos.

Reminder

Once you see the reminder, you can close the app to take a break OR change "Reminder frequency" or turn off the reminder (tap "Settings" option for that) OR dismiss the notification (tap "Dismiss" option for that) to continue watching videos.

You can turn off reminder at any time you want, and for that, all you need to do is set up "Reminder frequency" as "Never." That is all.

Also, keep in mind that this feature is currently available in YouTube app only (iOS and Android).
