How to Uninstall Magisk to Unroot Your Android Device

Uninstalling Magisk can unroot your Android device and here’s how you can do that:

  1. Open Magisk Manager.
  2. At the bottom, you can see the “Uninstall” option. Hit it.
  3. Now, you can see a popup with the message (All modules will be disabled/removed! Root will be removed! Your data potentially encrypted if not already!) and two options (“Restore Images” and “Complete Uninstall”).
  4. Hit the “Complete Uninstall” option.

That’s it. Once the process is done, your device will get restarted automatically.

After the restart, check the root status of your device. Here’s our guide regarding that: How to Check Root Status of Your Android Device.
