Additional Hint:

By default, the yellow-star icon is the only one that is available. If you wish, you can add different color star icons and other icons too, and here’s how:

Click on the “Gear” icon. Now, click on “Settings” which you can find above the “Themes” option.

Under the “General” tab, scroll down until you find the “Stars” section which you can see between “Desktop Notifications” and “Keyboard shortcuts.”

Drag and drop the one you wish from the “Not in use” to “In use,” and it will make that one available.

When you click on the “Star” icon continuously, the stars will appear in the order in which they are in “In use.” Let’s see this with the following instance.

The “In use” contains yellow-star first and then the orange-star.

Yellow-star and then orange-star

If I want to star an email with the orange-star, then I need to click the “Star” icon twice.

If I order the orange-star first and then the yellow-star in “In use,” then a single click on the “Star” icon will star an email with the orange-star. I hope you got the point.
