Google Play Store is the one we are using daily to download and update apps.
Generally, a Google account is associated with the Play Store. But for any reason, you want to sign out of Play Store, then this guide is for you. Let's get started.
Sign Out from Google Play Store
Follow the below steps to do this task easily:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on "Google" under the "Accounts" section.
- Tap on the account which is associated with the Play Store.
- Open menu and select "Remove account".
- Select "Remove account" in the confirmation message.
That's all. You've logged out of the Play Store successfully. If you open any Google products such as Play Store, then it will prompt you to log in with Google account.
Important Things to Note
If you sign in with the same Google account, then everything will work as usual.
If you sign in with the new Google account into Google product, then you can see some changes.
For instance: If you sign in with the new Google account to Play Store, then you will see that all the apps you've installed so far will not be displayed on the apps list. The apps will work fine on your device but the apps will not be displayed on the Play Store apps list.
My suggestion is only sign out of Play Store when you really need it.
I hope this guide is useful to you. If you like the information in this post, please share this post with your friends.
