How to Restart and Force Restart iPhone

In this post, we’ll see how to restart and force restart iPhone (in this instance, I’m using iPhone X). Let’s get started.

How to Restart iPhone

To restart, you need to power off iPhone and then power it on. Let’s see how to do this.

Press and hold “Side” (which is on the right side) and “Volume Down” (which is on the left side bottom) buttons simultaneously.

Now, you can see “slide to power off.”

Slide the “Power” icon at the top from left to right.

That’s it. Your iPhone will get shut down. After that, you need to turn it on, and here’s how:

Press and hold the “Side” button.

When you see the “Apple” icon, release the hold, and that’s it.
