If your device has an SD card, then try this method.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap on Storage.
  3. Hit the Eject icon beside your SD card, which you can find under Portable storage.

  2. After that, follow steps 1 and 2, tap your SD card, and then hit Mount in the confirmation pop-up.

  1. Open Settings.
