Right-click on Start button and it will open up Power User Menu. Select "Windows PowerShell."
In File Explorer Address Bar, type "powershell" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter."
Open Start Menu. Find and open "Windows PowerShell" folder. Now, you can see "Windows PowerShell."
Click on it.
Open Task Manager and then click File > Run new task.
In the Create new task box, type "powershell" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter" key.
Open Start Menu and then type "powershell" (without double quotes).
Now, you can see "Windows PowerShell" in the result.
Click on it.
Go to "System32" folder (To do that: open Run. Type system32 and press "Enter").
Now, go to "WindowsPowerShell" folder > v1.0 folder.
Find and double-click "powershell" file.
Go to any folder or drive OR select any folder or drive (when you are in "Quick access" or "This PC").
Now, click "File" at the top. Hover the mouse over "Open Windows PowerShell."
You can see two options:
Open Windows PowerShell
Click "Open Windows PowerShell."
