By default, Windows 11 File Explorer opens Quick access.

How to Open This PC instead of Quick Access
Here are the steps:
Open the drop-down list next to “Open File Explorer to.”
Select “This PC.”
Hit the OK button at the bottom.
That’s all. Now, launch File Explorer by pressing Windows + E, and you’ll find This PC instead of Quick access.
Note: If you prefer the default setting, select “Quick access” from the above-mentioned drop-down list, then click OK at the bottom.
How to Open This PC instead of Quick Access using Registry Editor
Launch the Registry Editor. Before proceeding, I recommend taking a backup of the Registry.
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Explorer > Advanced.
Locate LaunchTo in the right pane and double-click it.
Provide 1 (For This PC) or 2 (For Quick access) in the Value data field.
Hit the OK button.
