Method #1 – Open Settings. Hit “Network & Internet.” Click on “Proxy” on the left sidebar.
Method #2 – Open the Start menu. Type proxy. Hit “Change proxy settings” in the search results.
Method #3 – Launch Run. Type ms-settings:network-proxy in it and then hit the “Enter” key.
