Open Personalization Settings
Open Settings. Hit Personalization.
Right click on the blank area of the desktop. In the context menu, hit on Personalize.
Launch Run. In it, type ms-settings:personalization. Hit Enter key.
That is it.
You can use the above command in the following programs too: Task manager (you need to hit File > Run new task to use the command), address toolbar, and address bar of File Explorer.
Alternatively, you can use the command start ms-settings:personalization in the following programs to launch personalization settings.
