How to Open Notepad in Windows 10

You can open Notepad on your Windows 10 PC in many ways.

Launch Run Command. Type "notepad" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter."

Launch PowerShell. Type "notepad" (without double quotes) and then hit "Enter."

Launch Task Manager. Click File > Run new task.

Type "notepad" (without double quotes) in the "Create new task" box and then press "Enter."

In the Address Toolbar, type "notepad" (without double quotes) and then hit "Enter" key.

Type "notepad" (without double quotes) in the File Explorer Address Bar and then press "Enter."

Open Start Menu. Find and open "Windows Accessories" folder.

Now, you can see "Notepad."

Go to "Windows" folder (open Run. Type "%windir%" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter." It will take you to "Windows" folder on your PC).

Find and double-click "notepad" file.
