How to Open Event Viewer in Windows 10

In Windows 10, you can open Event Viewer in twelve different ways. Let's see what they are.

Open Run Command.

Type "eventvwr" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter."

Type "eventvwr" (without double quotes) in the Address Toolbar and then press "Enter" key.

Type "eventvwr" (without double quotes) in the Address Bar of File Explorer and then hit "Enter."

Open Task Manager.

Click File > Run new task.

Type "eventvwr" (without double quotes) in the "Create new task" box and then press "Enter."

Open Command Prompt.

Type "eventvwr" (without double quotes) and then hit "Enter" key.

Open PowerShell.

Type "eventvwr" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter" key.

Open Control Panel.

In the search box at the top, type "event" (without double quotes).

Now, you can see "View event logs" link.

Click on it.

Open the Settings on your PC.

In the search box at the top, type "event" (without double quotes).

Now, you can see "View event logs" in the search result.

Click on it.

Go to C > Windows > System32 folder.

Find and double-click on "eventvwr" file.

Right-click on the Start button and then click on "Event Viewer" which is between "Power Options" and "System."

Open Start Menu. Find and open "Windows Administrative Tools" folder.

Now, you can see "Event Viewer."

Click on it.

Open Start Menu and then type "event" (without double quotes).

In the search results, you can see "Event Viewer."
