How to Open Device Manager in Windows 10

You can open Device Manager in your Windows 10 PC in many ways.

In this post, we will see eleven different ways to do this task. Let's see what they are.

Launch Run. Type "devmgmt.msc" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter."

Launch Command Prompt. Type "devmgmt.msc" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter" key.

Launch PowerShell. Type "devmgmt.msc" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter."

Open File Explorer.

Now, type "devmgmt.msc" (without double quotes) in the File Explorer's Address Bar and then hit "Enter."

Type "devmgmt.msc" (without double quotes) in the Address Toolbar and then press "Enter."

Open Start Menu and then type "device manager" (without double quotes). Now, you can see "Device Manager" in the search results.

Click on it to open it.

Open Power User Menu (You can do this by pressing Windows key + X or by right-clicking on Start button).

Select "Device Manager."

Open Task Manager. Hit File > Run new task.

In the "Create new task" box, type "devmgmt.msc" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter" key.

Open Control Panel. Find and click "Device Manager."

Open Settings app.

In the "Search Box" at the top, type "device manager" (without double quotes), and you can see "Device Manager" in the result.

Click on it.

Go to System32 folder (To do this: Open Run. Type "system32" (without double quotes) and then press "Enter").

Find and double-click "devmgmt" file.
