How to Set Up Face ID on the iPhone X

Open “Settings.”

Tap “Face ID & Passcode” and enter your passcode.

Tap “Set Up Face ID.”

Click the “Get Started” button.

Now you have to position your face in a circle and then slowly move your head clockwise.

After the Face ID scan is complete, press the “Continue” button. Repeat the above step.

Press the “Done” button, and that’s it.

Remember that Face ID is automatically activated for iPhone Unlock, iTunes & App Store, and Password AutoFill after activation.

If you want to disable Face ID for any of the above, follow the steps below:

Open Settings.

Tap “Face ID & Passcode.”

Enter your passcode.

In the “Use Face ID for” section, you will see the iPhone Unlock, iTunes & App Store and Password AutoFill.

Disable the switch beside the one you want to disable Face ID for.

If you want to turn off Face ID in iPhone X, do the following:

Open Settings.

Press “Face ID & Passcode.”

Enter your passcode.

Tap “Reset Face ID.”
