Fix Error 0, 194, 406, 491, 492, 495, 497, 504, 907, 905, 910, 919, 920, 923, 924, 926, 927, 941, 961, 963, 971, RH-01, DF-DFERH-01 or Connection Timed Out

Method #1 (for RH-01) – Check the date and time on your Android phone. Fix it if it is not correct.

Method #2 (for 905)Change screen timeout duration to 30 minutes.

Method #3 (for 406, 491, 492, 495, 919, 920, 924, 971, DF-DFERH-01, connection timed out)Restart your Android device.

Method #4 (for 919, 971) – Confirm your device has enough storage space.

Method #5 (for 194, 406, 491, 495, 504, 919, 920, 927, 961, connection timed out) – Try another internet connection. For example, if you are in the mobile data connection, then try Wi-Fi.

Method #6 (for 194, 491, 492, 495, 497, 905, 907, 920, 923, 924, 926, 927, 941, 963, 971, DF-DFERH-01, connection timed out)

Open “Settings” on your Android device. Tap on “Apps & notifications.” Tap “See all X apps” (X is a number).

Hit the “Google Play Store.” Tap three vertical dots at the top right. Hit the “Uninstall updates” option. Tap “Ok” in the pop-up.

Method #7 (for 0, 491, 905, 907, 910, 919, 920, 923, 924, 963, 971, connection timed out)Clear data of Google Play Store.

Hit on Storage & cache > Clear storage. Tap “Ok” in the pop-up.

Hit the “Back” button twice. Tap the three vertical dots and then tap the “Show system.” Hit the “Google Services Framework.” Repeat above step.

Hit the “Back” button twice. Tap “Google Play services.” Hit on Storage & cache > Clear storage. Hit the “Clear All Data” button. Tap “Ok” in the pop-up.

Method #10 (for 194, 492, 927, 941, RH-01)

Open Settings. Tap Apps & notifications > See all X apps (X is a number) > Google Play Store.

Hit on Storage & cache > Clear storage.

Tap “Ok” in the pop-up. Hit the “Back” button twice. Find and tap “Google Play services.” Repeat the above step and then hit the “Clear All Data” button. Tap “Ok” in the pop-up.

Method #11 (for 194, 406, 491, 492, 495, 504, 905, 910, 919, 920, 923, 924, 926, 927, 941, 961, 971, RH-01, DF-DFERH-01, connection timed out)Remove Google account from your Android device and then add it back.
