​Sign in to Google Docs and​ open the document you want.

Place the cursor where you need a page break.

Click on “Insert” at the top, move the mouse over “Break,” and click on the “Page break” option.

That’s all.

Alternatively, you can do the same by placing the cursor where you need a page break and then pressing Ctrl + Enter.

Follow these steps to remove a page break:

Place the cursor after the page break you want to delete. Hit the “Backspace” key.

How to Add or Remove a Page Break in Google Docs App (Android or iPhone)

Let’s see the steps to add a page break in the Google Docs app.

Open the Google Docs app and open the document you want.

Hit on the “Pencil” icon at the bottom.

Place the cursor where you want a page break.

Tap on the “+” icon at the top.

In the “Insert” section, hit “Page break.” You can find this one between the Horizontal line and Page number.

That’s it.

To remove a page break, follow these steps: Place the cursor at the end of the page break you want to delete. Hit the “Backspace” key on your keyboard.
