In one of my posts, I have already talked about the steps to turn on or off geotagging on Android, turn off shutter sound on iPhone, and find where a photo or video was taken on the iPhone.
In this post, we will see the steps to turn on or off geotagging on iPhone.
Geotagging is a feature that adds the location information to the photos and videos taken using your iPhone’s Camera app.
With that said, let’s see the steps to enable and disable.
Turn Off Geotagging on iPhone
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Privacy, which you can find under Battery.
- Hit Location Services at the top.
- Tap Camera.
- Choose Never.
- Here’s an alternate method to disable geotagging: Turn off Location Services completely for your iPhone.
- To enable geotagging, follow the above steps (1-3) and then choose While Using the App.
