In this post, you’ll see the steps to display or hide the favorites bar in Microsoft Edge. In this instance, I’m using a Windows 10 PC. Let’s get started.
How to Hide or Display Favorites Bar on Edge
Method #1
Open Edge browser.
Press CTRL + Shift + B. This one will hide or show the favorites bar.
Method #2
Right-click on the favorites bar.
Hover your mouse over “Show favorites bar.”
Now, you can see these three options:
- Always – To see the favorites bar on all the tabs.
- Never – To hide favorites bar.
- Only on new tabs – To see favorites bar on new tabs only.
Hit the one you prefer.
Method #3
Hit the three horizontal dots at the top.
Hover your mouse over “Favorites.”
Hover your mouse over “Show favorites bar.”
Now, you can see these three options:
- Always – To see the favorites bar on all the tabs.
- Never – To hide favorites bar.
- Only on new tabs – To see favorites bar on new tabs only.
Hit the one you prefer.
Method #4
Hit the three horizontal dots at the top.
Click “Settings.”
Hit “Appearance” in the left sidebar.
Beside “Show favorites bar,” you can see a drop-down list.
Open it and you will see these three options:
- Always – To see the favorites bar on all the tabs.
- Never – To hide favorites bar.
- Only on new tabs – To see favorites bar on new tabs only.
Choose the one you like.
