Restart your Android device.

Use a different type of internet connection. For instance, if you’re in the mobile data connection, switch to the WiFi.

Open Settings.

Tap Apps & notifications > See all X apps (X is the total number of installed and disabled apps, excluding system apps) > Google Play Store.

Hit Overflow menu (three vertical dots) > Uninstall updates.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Apps & notifications > See all X apps (X is the total number of installed and disabled apps, excluding system apps) > Google Play Store.
  3. Hit “Storage.”
  4. Tap “Clear Storage.”
  5. In the popup, tap “Ok.”

Method #5

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Hit Accounts > your Google account.
  3. Hit “Remove Account” button.
  4. Tap “Remove Account” option in the popup.
  5. Now, add the same Google account to your Android device.
