4 Different Ways to Fix Google Play Store Error 920

Error 920 may occur when you are trying to download or update apps from Google Play Store.

Since there is not a single fix that works for all, here, I have talked about four different ways to fix this error.

I suggest you to try the following ways in the same order. If one method fails, then go ahead with the next one. With all that said, let’s get started.

Fix Google Play Store Error 920

Restart your mobile and then try to download or update apps.

Switching the internet connection works most of the times.

If you are on the WiFi connection, then switch to mobile data and try to download or update apps.

    Go to Settings app > Apps.

    Find and tap "Google Play Store."

    Find and tap the following buttons (in the same order):

Force Stop

Clear Data

Clear Cache

Uninstall updates

Google Play Store App info

    After that, reboot your phone. 

Now, try to download or update apps and most probably this may have fixed this error.

Removing and adding Google account is our final way to go and here are the steps:

    Go to Settings app > Accounts.
  • angle-right
    Tap "Google". Now, tap the Google account that you want to remove.
  • angle-right
    Hit Overflow menu (three vertical dots). 
  • angle-right
    Tap "Remove account." Hit "Remove Account" in the confirmation popup to remove Google account.

    Reboot your phone.

  • angle-right
    Now, add and configure your Google account.
