Clear data of the Google Play Store.

Method #3

If your device has an SD card, then try this method.

Open Settings.

Tap Storage which you can find between Sound and Security & location.

Hit the Eject icon beside your SD card which you can find under Portable storage.

Now, try to download or update the app.

After the try, follow steps 1 and 2, tap your SD card and then hit Mount in the confirmation pop-up.
