Restart your Android device.

Use a different type of internet connection. For instance, if you’re in the mobile data connection, switch to the WiFi.

Steps

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap Apps & notifications > See all X apps (X is the total number of installed and disabled apps, excluding system apps) > Google Play Store.

  3. Hit Overflow menu (three vertical dots) > Uninstall updates.

  4. In the popup, tap “Ok.”

Method #4

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Apps & notifications > See all X apps (X is the total number of installed and disabled apps, excluding system apps) > Google Play Store.
  3. Hit “Storage.”
  4. Tap “Clear Storage.”
  5. In the popup, tap “Ok.”
  6. Hit the “Back” button twice and then tap the Overflow menu (three vertical dots) and tap “Show system.”
  7. Find and hit the Google Services Framework.
  8. Repeat step 3, 4, and 5.

Method #5

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Hit Accounts > your Google account.
  3. Hit “Remove Account” button.
  4. Tap “Remove Account” option in the popup.
  5. Now, add the same Google account to your Android device.
