  • Reboot your phone.

Try to use different internet connection. If you are using the mobile data connection, then switch it to the WiFi connection to download apps.

  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap "Google" under the "Accounts" section.
  • Click on your Gmail account.
  • Press menu and choose "Remove account" option.
  • Tap "Remove account" in the confirmation message.
  • Go to Settings > Apps.
  • Navigate to All and tap Google Play Store.
  • Press the following buttons in order
  • Force stop

    Clear data

    Clear cache

  • Also, Force stop, Clear data and Clear cache of Google Services Framework.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Navigate to Settings > Accounts section.
  • Tap on "Add account" option.
  • Add account option
  • Add and configure your Gmail account.

Now, try to download the apps from Play Store and your apps should be downloaded.
