Method #1

Restart your Android device.

Use a different internet connection. For instance, if you’re in the mobile data connection, switch to the WiFi.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Apps & notifications > See all X apps (X is the total number of installed and disabled apps, excluding system apps) > Google Play Store.
  3. Hit three vertical dots > Uninstall updates.

  1. In the pop-up, tap Ok.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Apps & notifications > See all X apps (X is the total number of installed and disabled apps, excluding system apps) > Google Play Store.
  3. Hit Storage.
  4. Tap Clear Storage.
  5. In the pop-up, tap Ok.
  6. Hit the Back button twice and then tap the three vertical dots and tap the Show system.
  7. Find and hit the Google Services Framework.
  8. Repeat steps 3, 4, and 5.

Method #5

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Hit Accounts > your Google account.
  3. Hit Remove Account button.
  4. Tap Remove Account option in the pop-up.
  5. Now, add the same Google account to your Android device.
