  • Reboot your phone.

Now, try to download apps from Play Store and most probably the error may be resolved.

Method 2

Try to use different internet connection. If you are using the mobile data connection, then switch it to the WiFi connection to download apps.

Method 3

  • Go to Settings in your Android phone.
  • Tap the Google option under the “Accounts” section.
  • Click on your Gmail account.
  • Press menu and choose “Remove account” option.
  • Choose “Remove account” option in the confirmation message.
  • Go to Settings > Apps.
  • Navigate to All and tap Google Play Store.
  • Press the following buttons in order

Force stop

Clear data

Clear cache

  • Also, Force stop, Clear data and Clear cache of Google Services Framework.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Navigate to Settings > Accounts section.
  • Tap on “Add account” option.
