By default, drive letters are shown in Windows 10.
If you want to hide them, then here are the steps:
Click on File > Change folder and search options.
In the “Folder Options” popup, navigate to “View” tab.
Find and unselect “Show drive letters” option which is between “Restore previous folder windows at logon” and “Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color.”
Click on the “Ok” button.
That’s all. All done.
If you want to revert, then follow the above steps and instead of unchecking, check “Show drive letters” option.
