How to Hide or Show Drive Letters in Windows 10

By default, drive letters are shown in Windows 10.

If you want to hide them, then here are the steps:

    Open File Explorer.

    Click on File > Change folder and search options.

    In the "Folder Options" popup, navigate to "View" tab.

    Find and unselect "Show drive letters" option which is between "Restore previous folder windows at log-on" and "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in colour."

    Click on "OK" button.

That is all. Drive letters are hidden now.

If you want to revert to default, then select "Show drive letters" option and then hit "OK."
