How to Disable Quick Access on Google Drive

If you don’t like Quick Access on Google Drive, then you can disable it and here’s how you can do that on PC:

Steps

  1. ​Sign into Google Drive.

  2. Click on “Gear” icon at the top and then click on “Settings.”

  3. Now, in the “Settings” popup, you can see “Suggestions.” Beside “Suggestions,” you can see a checkbox. Uncheck it. Unchecked checkbox beside Suggestions

  4. ​Click on the “Done” button at the top.

That’s it. All done.

If you want to enable Quick Access, then select the checkbox beside “Suggestions,” and then click the “Done” button.

Note:

Google Drive app (Android and iPhone) doesn’t have an option to do this task.
