Delete Individual Message or Multiple Messages of a Conversation

  1. Open Messages app.
  2. Open the conversation.
  3. Long press the one you want to remove.
  4. Hit More.
  5. Now, select other messages you want to delete if you want to remove multiple messages.
  6. Tap Trash can icon > Delete Message (you can see this if you’ve chosen a single message) or Delete X Messages (X is the number of messages you’ve selected to delete. You can see this if you’ve selected multiple messages).

Delete a Conversation on iPhone

  1. Open Messages.
  2. Tap the conversation.
  3. Long press a message and then tap More.
  4. Hit Delete All at the top.
  5. Tap Delete Conversation.

Alternate Way

  1. Open Messages app.
  2. Swipe the conversation you want to delete to the left.
  3. Now, you can see the Delete option. Hit it.
  4. In the pop-up, tap Delete.

Delete Multiple or All Conversations on iPhone

  1. Open Messages app.
  2. Tap three horizontal dots at the top > Select Messages.
  3. Select the ones you want to delete. If you want to delete all, then select all the conversations.
  4. Tap Delete.
