Deleting downloads on Android is a simple task and here's how you can do that:
Open App Drawer.
Find and tap "Downloads" app. Now, you can see your downloads.
If you want to delete a single download or multiple downloads, then here are the steps:

Not all the downloads will be shown in the "Downloads" app.
In case, if you don't find the one you want to delete in the "Downloads" app, then here are the steps:
Open the default file manager (The one that comes with your device).
Find the one you want to delete (use the "Search" in the file manager, if you need any help in finding the one you prefer to remove) and then long press it.
Hit the "Trash Can" icon at the top.
In the confirmation popup, hit "OK."
That's all. All done.
To remove multiple downloads, select the ones you want to delete (To select: long press the first one and then tap the remaining), hit the "Trash Can" icon and then hit "OK" in the confirmation popup.
To remove all downloads, select a download by long pressing it, and then hit the "1 Selected" at the top. Now, you can see "Select all" option. Tap it. Hit the "Trash Can" icon and then tap "OK" in the confirmation popup.
