How to Clear Browsing History on Microsoft Edge

Edge browser stores all the sites you visit in your browsing history.

Microsoft Edge lets you delete websites from your browsing history or the entire history of your browsing.

I use a Windows 11 PC, iPhone (iOS 15.2), and Google Pixel 4a (Android 12) in this case. Let’s begin.

How to Clear Browsing History on Microsoft Edge (PC)

To delete certain websites from your browsing history, follow these steps:

Open the Edge browser. Then type edge://history/all in the address bar and hit the Enter key.

Please select the ones you wish to remove.

At the top, click “Delete.”

In the popup, click “Delete.”

That’s all.

To remove everything from the browsing history, press CTRL + Shift + Delete.

From the drop-down list, choose “All time.”

Select “Browsing history” and disable the rest.

Click on “Clear now.”

That’s it.

How to Clear Browsing History on Microsoft Edge (Android or iPhone)

Follow these steps to delete certain websites from your browsing history:

Launch the Edge app.

Press the button with the three horizontal points below.

Then tap “History.”

If you’re on Android, long-press the one you want to remove and then press “Delete.”

If you’re on an iPhone, slide the one you want to remove to the left and then hit “Delete.”

That’s it.

You can delete the entire browsing history by tapping the trash can icon in the top right corner.

Choose “All time” from the drop-down list if you’re on Android. If you’re using iPhone, hit Time range, choose “All Time,” and hit Back at the top left corner.

Select “Browsing history” and disable the rest.

Hit “Clear data” if you’re using Android. Hit “Clear now” and tap Clear now in the popup if you’re on iPhone.
