How to Find Android and iPhone Serial Number?

How to Find Android Serial Number

Method #1

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap System > About phone > Model & hardware.
  3. Now, you can see the serial number of your device beneath the Serial number in the pop-up.

Method #2

  1. Open Phone app.
  2. Dial *#06# and you can see a pop-up. You can see your Android device serial number beneath the Serial number in the pop-up.

Method #3

Requirements for this method: your Android device should have USB debugging enabled, and your PC should have ADB drivers. If you have both, then you’re good to go.

Remember that this method applies to both the rooted and non-rooted devices.

Steps

  1. Connect PC and Android via USB cable. Tap Ok in the pop-up of your Android if you see any.
  2. Open Command Prompt and change the path with the one that contains ADB drivers.
  3. Execute the following command: adb devices
  4. Now, you can see the X device in the output. The X is the serial number of your Android device.

How to Find iPhone Serial Number

Method #1

Look for the serial number in the packaging box of your iPhone.

Method #2

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap General > About option.
  3. Beside Serial Number, you can see the serial number of your device.
