You can add Control Panel to Windows 10 Start menu, taskbar, and desktop.

Start menu tile

Open the Start menu.

Type control and you can see the Control Panel app from the search results.

​Right-click on it and then click Pin to Start in the context menu.

Now, you can view the Control Panel as a tile in the Start menu.

Launch Run Command. In it, type shell:programs and then press Enter key.

​You can see the Windows System folder. Open it and there you can view the Control Panel shortcut. Copy it.

Click on the Programs folder in the Address Bar. Paste the shortcut into the Programs folder.

Now, you can see the Control Panel shortcut on the left side of the Start menu.

Open the Start menu.

Type control and you can see the Control Panel app from the search results.

​Right-click on it and then click Pin to taskbar in the context menu.

Now, you can view the Control Panel shortcut in the taskbar.

Open Run Command. In it, type ms-settings:themes and then press Enter key.

​In the Desktop Icon Settings pop-up, select Control Panel and then hit the Ok button.
