This plugin has no settings, and it will automatically begin to work after you activate the plugin. Moreover, this is how it works:

When you hit the "Publish" button, it will show a confirmation popup at the top with the following statement:

Are you sure you want to publish this now?

If you have clicked the "Publish" button accidentally, then just click on "Cancel" button on the popup and it will prevent the post from publishing. Otherwise, click on "OK" button.

Keep in mind that this plugin works with pages and custom post types too. Also, note that this plugin will not affect updating your post or your scheduled posts in any way.
